Extravs 2021: Table Bookings Rerelease

Having closed booking for tables of six, we’ll be reopening table bookings again at 3pm today until 5pm on Monday 28th of June.
At this point, we want to try to start fitting groups of varying sizes together, if that’s something you’re comfortable with. We have the capacity to fit people in but may have to split your group to fit with others. Similarly, if you don’t currently have people to go with, you can register as an individual now. If you have a group of six but missed the deadline you can rebook again now.
Initially, we will match groups together: a group of four with a group of two, two groups of threes and the like.
Once we’ve worked through those, we’ll see where we can split tables to make groups that fit, doing our best to keep any split groups close to each other. We won’t ever split one person from a large group so they would be on their own.
If you are unhappy with your split, if it happens, we can still offer you a refund.
From there, any groups that are unable to split will be allocated on any remaining tables. If we reach capacity at this point, we may not be able to accommodate all groups and have to offer a refund.
If you’re uncomfortable with this proposal and would prefer to get a refund, please contact extravshelp@lancaster.ac.uk with the ticket numbers for your group and we’ll arrange the refund. We won’t be reselling these tickets as it will only add to the existing problems.
None of this is going how we expected when tickets went on sale and we apologise for the modifications we’ve had to put in place. Thanks for your patience whilst we work these things out.
How to book
To book your table, we will need you complete the Extrav Table Booking Form with the names and tickets numbers of the people making up your ‘Extrav Bubble’. Reservations need to be made by 5pm on Monday 28th June.
If a member of your group has purchased the ticket from someone else and the ticket is not in their name, please let us know on the form by including the original name in brackets like this New Attendee (Old Attendee).
This will be checked and confirmed and your table number sent to you in advance of the event.
