A renaming Sugarhouse facilitation group has been created by the Executive Committee, to assist in the renaming The Sugarhouse nightclub.
This group will not directly be renaming The Sugarhouse, but will be acting as an administrative group which will be researching names suggested by students.
Who can be part of it?
Any student can be a part of this facilitation group. It is integral that we not only include students in the process of voting for a name, but also empower students to help research any name suggestions. If this sounds like something you’d like to be involved in, please fill this online form by Monday 5 April, 5pm.
How can I suggest names?
Via our online form, add your name, name suggestion, a little bit about why you think it’s a great option and press submit. We’ll then have your suggestions to pass on to the facilitation group.
The form can be accessed here. The deadline to submit any name suggestions is Monday 3 May, 5pm.
How can I ask a question or leave a commet?
There is plenty of information as part of this process so it’s understandable if you want to know more about the process, or what will happen next.
