Sugarhouse to launch brand new Society Saturday Nights

If Wednesdays and Fridays weren’t enough for you then do not fear as you can now get the safe night out that you know and love three nights a week at the Sugarhouse.
Your Students’ Union nightclub, the Sugarhouse, is thrilled to launch the next best club night in Lancaster adding another night to our traditional Whoops Wednesdays and PLAY Fridays – Society Saturdays!
Throughout Michaelmas term, Sugarhouse will be opening its doors every Saturday night in between the exciting Saturday events already announced like Swiftogeddon.
Society Saturdays will be dedicated to the hundreds of societies and other student groups that make up our Students’ Union. Student groups will now have the opportunity to work with our Sugarhouse Venue Management to organise incredible student events for you and your members.
On your night, your group will completely takeover the Front Room of the club by picking the décor, music and other elements to fit your needs. You will help to promote and sell tickets for your event which will generate additional income for your group. The Club Room will remain open as usual and ticketholders and regular customers can make use of both rooms.
As well as extra income for every ticket sold, there are loads of perks on offer for you to level up your night. The more tickets that you sell, the more perks you will get.

Certain society takeovers are already in the pipeline with announcements to follow soon. Groups can expect to find out more on how to get involved at our Freshers’ Fair on Wednesday 4th October.
