SummerFest 2022 on June 25th!

The Kick-Off to Extravs Season is officially on with this year's SummerFest.
Come down and enjoy some fun for the whole family before the madness of Extravs. There will be food stalls, live performances, games, and music. Enjoy a low-key day in the sun after exams are over. It's the perfect excuse for a picnic, or a grand farewell to friends heading home. The event is unticketed and all are welcome.

Kick off the afternoon with Radiowave, Bailrigg FM’s Eurovision-style music competition. Make sure to cast your vote for the winner! Results will be announced at 4pm, celebrated with a double rocket launch by the Astronomy Society.
Our main stage will showcase various societies, celebrating their hard work this year. Watch dance performances by Belly Dancing, LUDanS, and the Ballroom Dancing society. Get ready for audience participation with Magic and Circus! Enjoy a variety of musical performances from Wind Quintet, Big Band, Clarinet Choir, Brass Quintet, Acapella, Sax Choir, and Inglourious Brassterds.
We will also have a variety of society stalls at the event – come and decorate a cupcake with the Baking Society, or sample some vegan cheese with the Vegetarian and Vegan society.
If you fancy something more substantial, we will have a variety of food stalls as well including: Dipz Donuts, Goosnargh Meats, MTJ Catering for African Street Food, Lancashire Hot Hog for Hog Roasts, La Petite Crepe for Crepes and French Wraps.
