Our Pop-up Ecoshop returns today, giving you the opportunity to grab some essentials on campus and help create a more circular economy

HIFE is our Household Items for Everyone initiative. Part of the DontDitchIt 🡵  project, our pop-up Ecoshop gives you the opportunity to buy household items on a pay-as-you feel basis.
All of the items were previously owned by students and saved from landfill thanks to Don't Ditch It and the Green Lancaster teams hard work throughout the summer, to ensure nothing goes to waste and charities & students benefit. 

So why not skip a trip to town, save money and the environment by heading to our HIFE Ecoshop in Alexandra SQ. from 12PM-4PM🡵 everyday during Welcome Week, where you can buy:
🍽 Kitchenware (pots, pans, crockery, utensils)
👖 Laundry baskets, clothes racks and hangers
✏ Stationary (pens, pencils, folders, notebooks)
📦 Room decor and storage baskets
...on a pay-as-you-feel basis! 😍😱

You'll be saving money AND helping to create a circular economy AND reducing waste to landfill - easy!

COVID safety measures
• Please queue 2 metres apart before entry to the marquee
• Use the hand sanitiser provided and wear a face-covering inside the marquee (unless exempt)
• Follow the one-way system in place
• Contactless payment only
• Please wash all items prior to use (items have been quarantined prior to distribution)
