Removal of condition 18 Objection

I'm objecting to the proposed removal of condition 18 on planning permission 16/00274/FUL. I believe removing the condition for prior-occupation testing creates an unacceptable risk to student welfare, further jeopardises already inadequate protection from noise nuisance complaints arising from future occupiers of this building. If the developer had any doubt that they could build the development to the required standard, they would not be asking the Council to remove the condition. I urge the planning committee to stand their ground, stand by their original conditions, and honour condition 18.
