In this community cooking session we will make delicious plant-based apple bakes – from apples picked on campus in our Gleaning Event on 03/10. This event is part of the Share the Harvest Campaign preventing fruit waste from trees on campus and creating fab food... We will be joined for this session by Marina from the Closing Loops Chef Network.
