Forrest Hills Carbon Survey (Day 2)
Join us for round 2 of our big Forrest Hills Carbon Survey!🌳
Since 2018, volunteers from LUSU Green, and previously Green Lancaster, have planted thousands of trees at Forrest Hills. We now want to calculate what impact our work and future work will have here!☀️
We’re working with Morgan from Small World Consulting to help estimate the carbon sequestration, biodiversity and flood risk mitigation benefits🌍
We want to use this information to demonstrate the importance of such rewilding initiatives and encourage more to be done!💚
No experience is required! We’ll show you how to do everything!
We'll meet outside Pendle Brew at 1pm

- There will be photographers, videographers and live-streaming on site at some Students’ Union events. By purchasing tickets you are accepting that photographs may be taken of you during the event and that these may be released into the public domain; examples of uses include, though are not limited to, publication on the Students’ Union Facebook page, Students’ Union website and our publications.
