Content warning: mention of sexual harrassment and assault
County College JCR (@countycollege) are holding a Mindfulness Monday event to provide a safe space for survivors of sexual harrassment and assault. Come along to the County Common Room to do some colouring, have a cuppa, and have a chat about anything you are struggling with alongside others who share your experiences.
Conversations will be lighthearted and open, but if you feel you may need further help don't hesitate to contact the JCR Exec Welfare Team or the College Welfare Team at countywelfare@lancaster.ac.uk.
Although this event is to support survivors, if you are attending to support a friend or wish to speak about anythign else, please join us!
This event is part of the College SHAG Week in Week 6. These events are open to students from all colleges and booking is not necessary.
