⚽🌹 Join us for the headline event of the first day of Roses Weekend 2026: the Opening Ceremony! This year's opening ceremony fixture will be the Futsal Men's 1sts 🌹⚽
Grab your seat today in what is guaranteed to be an electrifying match between Lancaster and York University Futsal Clubs. You will also be treated to an energetic programme of in-show entertainment, as well as a live MC and vibrant set from DJ Mystikle Blue who has performed at Commonwealth games and Roses 2024!
Doors will open at 18:30 to the Sports Hall Arena, Lancaster University Sports Centre.
Please note, this event is expected to be noisy. Earplugs will be available on request if you would like them. Occasionally, balls can leave the field of play during a match and spectators accept the risk of being hit.
These tickets are reserved for Lancaster University attendees. York guests have a separate allocation of tickets sold by York University Students' Union.
