Collect your wristband now
In order to make your entry to Summer Ball as smooth as possible, we are asking you to exchange your ticket for a wristband in advance. Wristbands will be available to collect from Alexandra Square from 11am-3pm any day from Monday 17th to Friday 21st June.
When collecting, we will ask to see your student ID (or other form of ID for guests) in order to verify your ticket. If your ticket is in somebody else's name, you should have written authorisation from them by email to show that you can collect that wristband.
What if I can't collect my wristband in advance?
Don't worry, wristbands will still be available to collect at the gate however you may experience queues on entry to the Summer Ball. For speedy entry, collect your wristband in advance. Otherwise, please make sure you have your digital ticket ready to be scanned at the gate.
Can I collect a wristband for my friend?
Yes, you can collect a wristband on behalf of a friend but you will need written authorisation from them via email showing that they are happy for you to collect their wristband.

Summer Ball will take place on Saturday 22nd June (Week 29) from 6pm-3am.
Over-18s are welcome at this event with tickets available for non-student Guests and Alumni, in conjunction with a current Student ticket. Full terms and conditions below.
Anyone purchasing a student ticket will be required to show a valid Lancaster student ID card in order to redeem their wristband. All attendees must be over the age of 18 and valid photographic ID must be produced on request.
🐣 Early Bird Tickets - £11 + booking fee - SOLD OUT
🎟 Standard Release - £12 + booking fee
🔥 Final Release - £13 + booking fee
🎓 Guests + Alumni - £15 + booking fee
Wristbands will be collected from Lancaster University Students’ Union in advance of the event week commencing 17th June.

- Tickets are not refundable
- Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain
- Admission to the event will not be allowed without a valid ticket
- Lost/stolen tickets cannot be replaced, please look after your ticket
- Over 18’s only. Lancaster University Students’ Union reserves the right to refuse admission
- Lancaster University Students’ Union reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the events due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets
- Lancaster University Students’ Union cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to any event
- There will be photographers on site. By purchasing tickets you are accepting that photographs may be taken of you during the event and that these may be released into the public domain; examples of uses include, though are not limited to, publication on the Lancaster University Students’ Union social media pages, publication on a college social media pages, our website and in our publications
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that Attendee Information is correct at the time of purchase as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase.
Transfer of tickets
- Should you no longer be able to attend the event, you are able to sell on your event ticket but both the seller and purchaser do so at their own risk.
- Tickets should be resold at face value. LUSU reserves the right to refund tickets and revoke entry where this is not upheld
