The Big Welcome Bus Ticket (9 days)
9-day Stagecoach Bus Passes are available to order and collect from the 20th September at the Student Union's Welcome Desk.
With this 9-day bus pass, you can travel freely throughout Freshers Week. The bus pass costs £15 and covers travel between 1st - 9th October 2022.
New students, please log in with your university email address to order your bus pass. This purchase is non-refundable.
Please wait 24 hours after your order is placed before collecting it from the Student Union Welcome Desk.
Collection times:
20th - 25th September: 10:00am - 15:00pm
1st - 7th October: 08:00am - 18:00pm
Remember to bring your student ID and proof of purchase to collect your bus pass. If you have not received your student ID card please bring another form of ID with you.

Where to collect your 9-day Bus Pass?
The Student Union Welcome Desk is located at the heart of the campus, just off the North West exit of Alexandra Square. Turn right and follow the signs for Lancaster University Student Union.
*Bus passes can be collected after the 20th of September. Please wait 24 hours after your order is placed before collecting it from the Student Union Welcome Desk.
*Be Aware this pass excludes the SugarBus

- The Students’ Union cannot take any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to an event.
- There will be photographers, videographers and live-streaming on site at some Students’ Union events. By purchasing tickets you are accepting that photographs may be taken of you during the event and that these may be released into the public domain; examples of uses include, though are not limited to, publication on the Students’ Union Facebook page, Students’ Union website and our publications.
