Hi there! We're Lancaster's Women in Technology/Engineering/STEM society :)
We mainly cater towards female-aligned students in male-dominated courses, but we're open to all non-male-identifying students interested in upskilling and empowering themselves! Our focus is on empowering our members through career resources and workshops, building their knowledge through our courses (like our beginners Python course!) and nurturing a safe & supportive community of amazing individuals through our socials along the way!
With free membership we're focused on bringing more amazing, interesting and individualistic talent into the workforce, inspiring the next generation of diverse leaders!

- LinkedIn & Networking Workshop w/ LU Women in Business (included getting your headshots taken professionally!)
- Python Plunge: Introduction to Programming - Open to all!
- Galentines: Pizza Making Party w/ LU Women in Business
- Our 'Difficult' Talk Series: most recently including our Imposter Syndrome talk
- Ice Skating & Christmas party socials!
