Who are we?
Lancaster University Indian Society (LUIS) is where tradition meets celebration, and everyone belongs. Whether you're reconnecting with your roots, exploring Indian culture for the first time, or simply seeking your community, you've found your place.        

 

 

What do we do?
From electrifying Bollynights to cozy chai sessions, karaoke nights to day trips across cities - we bring the energy! Our calendar is packed with parties, relaxing gatherings, game nights, academic guidance events, and amazing collaborations with societies across the UK.      

 

 

Fun fact: Our Diwali Ball won the Students' Union 'Event of the Year 2021' Award - and we're only getting better!
