WELCOME TO LUSH!!
The Lancaster University Society of History (LUSH) is for any students who have a passion for history. You don't have to be studying history to become a member, we have plenty of people who join that do not study it! Ultimately, we aim to strike a balance between having fun nights out, some more settled events, and trips that will deepen our love of this fantastic subject.
EVENTS TO EXPECT
- Trips to various historical locations (such as Lancaster Castle and local museums)
- Historically-themed nights out (we've previously had a 1920s, Wild Wild West and Historical Halloween)
- Pub quizzes
- Lectures from professional historians
- Sober events
WHAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL GET YOU
- Queue jumps into The Sugarhouse for certain socials
- Discounts on activities that the society offers (i.e. trips, tours)
