Buy a bagel, build a life

We worked with Enactus Lancaster  to help set up The Bagel Hut, a bagel stall on campus with the aim of supporting those who are homeless or at risk. We provided them with food hygiene training licences, introduced them to the Executive chef on campus, who helped us develop the business aspect of the project. We also invited them to a food event we organised, helping them get their business and mission some exposure.

 

Jump the queue!

Charles Rogers is a second year Management and Entrepreneurship student who is developing a virtual queuing app, "Jump" to enable users line up for clubs from their smartphones and enter a club withoug having to physically wait in line. We helped him refine his concept and identify monetization strategies. Moreover we brought him in touch with the Sugarhouse manager to discuss a potential collaboration.
